4th Annual ‘Brockton Triangle’ Neighbourhood
YARD SALE

The Brockton Triangle is loosely defined as the neighbourhood south of Dundas, between Lansdowne and Dufferin,
ending at the railroad tracks.
How can I participate?
*Have a yard sale on your property
*Set up a lemonade/coffee stand
*Hold a bake sale
*Have an open house at your in-home studio
*Have a studio/sidewalk sale
*Sell your arts and crafts
*Promote your home or local business by having an activity
*Perform music/promote your CD or band
*Set up bubbles or chalk for kids to play
*Wander the neighbourhood and have fun meeting neighbours
*Shop for great treasures
*Bring a friend (or 5)
Residents of the following streets are encouraged to participate by holding sales:
Brock, Lansdowne, St. Clarens & Sheridan (between Dundas & the tracks)
Wyndham Street, Delaney Crescent, Mechanic Street, Shirley Street, Northern Place, Hickson Street, Norfolk Street, Florence Street, Gordon Street, Bank Street, Middleton Street, Frankish Avenue, Marshall Street
(those outside of this catchment area are certainly welcome to take advantage of the event to hold sales on neighbouring streets)
